Return and Exchange Policy

RETURN ITEM(S) FOR A REFUND/EXCHANGE

All unopened and unused items purchased from NetworkPlaza can be returned or exchanged for up to 14 days of purchase.
Simply follow the simple steps below. When we receive your returned item(s) we will refund the original method of payment.
If there is a difference in the cost, we will contact you via phone or email to determine how to either refund or charge for the difference.

Received returns are generally processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
